Kashmir Conflict - The Real Barrier In Its Fair Solution

The Tug of War Between Two Nuclear States!

There have always been long tangly strains in relations between Pakistan and India. Tension in the borders to the T20 Cricket World Cup match in 2021 in the ground, it has always been a bumpy ride.

As to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan,” no talks with India other than Kashmir.” Hence, cleared, no talks with India until the problem of Kashmir is settled down to an adequate level. One thing is for sure, with dialogues one cannot gain plausible results when it comes to the game of dominancy. Well said, “rights are not given – they are snatched.” United Nations and all other NGOs remain shut when rights are being violated by India in Indian occupied Kashmir. Protestors chanting “go India go” slogans and ballet guns shot by Indian forces have now a minor impact on the world as it has become accustomed to seeing it. India claims the military encounter of the young Kashmiris a militant rebellion but Pakistan honors them as martyred Kashmiri freedom fighters. India claims the dispute of Kashmir to be a bilateral concern that would be settled down through bilateral negotiations whereas Pakistan denies it and points the UN to conduct a plebiscite in accordance with the UN resolutions. Whether it’s a bilateral concern unsolved between the two parties or it is to be solved by the UN through its resolutions, there are two different stances confronted by these two rivals.

Stance by India

India rejects the use of the word “plebiscite” in the UN resolutions (plebiscite was to be done as a result of a ceasefire between Pakistan and India in the war of 1948 among the people of Kashmir whether they want to join Pakistan or India or want self-autonomy) instead the resolution said, India would take actions to determine the wish of Kashmiris to join either state. The resolution felt dry after the war of 1965 and lost its due importance after the Shimla agreement later the war of 1971 that assures the dispute to be dealt with through bilateral negotiations with no intervention or involvement of any third party. India uses certain above tactics whenever Kashmir is discussed in any international forum as a chaotic human rights crisis. India’s refusal to enforce the UNSC’s resolution led the conflict to get worsen turned out to in result the loss of thousands of lives.

Stance by Pakistan

Pakistan stays affirmed with the UN resolutions that clearly tell India to implement the action to determine the will of the people of Kashmir. Pakistan chants it an illegitimate occupation that is against the will of the people of Kashmir. Pakistan demands a plebiscite under the supervision of the UN and would accept the entire sort coming result. Whether Kashmiris want an autonomous state or join either country but it should be done under a fair and just plebiscite.

Hamlet and our society

The goal of this study is to analyze one of William Shakespeare's finest works, the tragedy "Hamlet," written in the 16th century (1599 and 1601) and regarded as his most influential play. This piece of writing focuses on the character analysis of Hamlet from the play Hamlet by examining a variety of sources, including his interactions with others, his deeds, the opinions of those in his inner circle and close friends, and most importantly the opinions of academics and critics. It is Shakespeare's longest play, with 29,551 words. Set in Denmark,   the play depicts Prince Hamlet and his attempts to exact revenge against his uncle, Claudius, who has murdered Hamlet's father to seize his throne and marry Hamlet's mother. In "Hamlet," we see a change in Hamlet's behavior—from a thoughtful and righteous person to someone more complex and conflicted. I want to explore why this happens, focusing on the moments when Hamlet interacts with the ghost of hi
